Join the Kindle Crew
This first step is about understanding what Kindle Crew asks of you and your family. Read the expectations, tell us if you have questions, and sign together.
1. Read and sign
Understand the leadership expectations together, then complete the student and parent/caregiver signatures.
2. Get to know you
An interview gives us time to hear your story, understand your interest, and talk through questions or concerns.
3. Explore your gifts
Later, we will explore your strengths, skills, and interests together to discover where you can serve and grow. You do not need to choose a role now.
Before you begin
- Set aside time to read together. There are no essays, tests, or role selections.
- Have student and caregiver contact information ready. It is for ministry follow-up.
- At the end, give this same device to one parent or authorized caregiver to review and sign. No account or emailed signature link is needed.
- Both portions are sent together only after caregiver signing. You can save a draft and return in the same browser on this device.
- Your caregiver will see all your responses. Completed applications are available to the authorized youth ministry review team. Avoid private details you would rather discuss in person, and avoid saving drafts on shared public devices.
