Everyone is welcome at the 10:30 AM Youth Mass, and no Mass RSVP is required. Use this form if you would like to help serve in a liturgical or hospitality role.

9:00–10:30 AM · Room 1070-D

Choir participation is open to students in grades 3–12. Readers, ushers/greeters, and altar servers may require additional preparation or parish approval. The ministry team will confirm assignments after reviewing interest.

A parent or guardian should complete the form for participants under 18. Contact information and responses are visible only to the youth ministry team.
