This Sunday at a glance

Stay after Mass to meet our Kindle Crew, ask questions, and hear what’s coming up. We’re blessed to welcome two new Crew members this year, and there’s room for more!

Interested in the youth choir or helping at Mass? Sign up to sing or serve below.

This is a brief meet-and-greet after Mass; there is no full youth meeting or lunch on September 27.

Everything in one place

Our updated website brings together upcoming events, volunteer information, and ways to stay connected.

We’ve also launched a Parent GroupMe for questions, conversation, and helping each other as more events get underway.

Considering World Youth Day in Seoul?

Register by September 30 before the base price increases by $200 per person on October 1. Registration continues afterward while space is available.

Help build this year with us

We’re looking for a Fundraising Chair to help organize this year’s fundraising strategy and a World Youth Day Trip Coordinator to help with local logistics and family communication. Occasional help with events is welcome, too.

A note from Patrick

I’m really excited about what we can build together this year. With Father Joel’s support and suggestions from our community, we’re taking steps to make youth ministry a fuller part of parish life. This Sunday’s Youth Mass is one of those steps.

The biggest thing we need is more people to be part of it. Help can look like spreading the word, coming to Mass, bringing your child to a youth gathering, or inviting another family. It can mean volunteering for one event or helping us plan something bigger.

World Youth Day is one of those bigger things. I know the cost is a real hurdle for families. We have fundraising plans, and we need help turning those plans into something that supports our young people.

My hope is that our kids and parents will come together to make Holy Spirit Youth Ministry something beautiful. Whatever time or help you can offer, I’d love to talk.

I hope to see you Sunday!

Patrick
