Weekly while the first plan is built
Work with Rence and the parish office to shape the fundraising calendar, organize opportunities, coordinate parent help, and keep agreed next steps moving. The cadence can ease after the initial plan is established.
Approximately monthly at first
Help coordinate local logistics, family communication, deadlines, and trip preparation not handled directly by Verso. The meeting cadence will increase as the pilgrimage approaches.
